What governs an order placed from this page

An order taken through this page is a US mail or Internet order, and the federal rule below decides what happens if a shipping date slips. The windows published above are the times we state; the identity of the seller is separately checkable in the state business register, and the information this form collects is covered by the state's consumer-privacy statute.

• 16 CFR § 435.2 — shipping inside the stated time, or thirty days. A seller soliciting an Internet order must have a reasonable basis to expect it can ship within the time “clearly and conspicuously stated” at the time of the order, or within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order if no time is stated. We state a window for goods in stock — United States 3–7 days, United Kingdom 5–10 days, Australia 7–14 days — and a custom booth is quoted with its own written production and delivery dates, which are the dates that apply to that order.
• 16 CFR § 435.2(b) — the delay option. If the goods cannot ship within the applicable time, the seller must offer the buyer — without being asked — the choice of consenting to a revised shipping date or cancelling and receiving a prompt refund. “Prompt refund” is defined as one sent within seven working days of the date the right to it vests (16 CFR § 435.1).
• California Secretary of State business search — who you are dealing with. The seller is EJAEE INC, a California-registered corporation at 1510 N White Ave. Suite B, La Verne, CA 91750. Registration status and the agent for service of process are public, and the address above is the one on file.
• California Civil Code § 1798.100 — what this form collects. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act a business must tell consumers, at or before the point of collection, which categories of personal information it collects and why. The name, email address and message submitted above are collected to answer the enquiry and route it to the right engineer — the categories, purposes and deletion route are set out in our privacy policy.
