Replaceable Double Filters	Bring You Better Spray Paint Experience
If the paint booth filter cannot be replaced, you'll have to purchase a new booth after a few reuses. Also, most booths are equipped with single-layer filters, no matter how large it is, with poor filtration. To avoid this problem, Sewinfla insists on using a costly double-layer replaceable filter, one layer of which is a fiberglass filter or an EPA-registered filter for filtering paint, and the other is an activated carbon filter for removing harmful substances.	The patented Sewinfla Elephant Trunk (paint booth air draft device for indoors) will improve the booth's performance and better deal with over spraying. An efficient filter box inside the trunk allows the tent to emit less exhaust and minimize pollution. The booth that does not match the ventilation device, cannot exhaust pollutants efficiently and will generally impact your painting works.

For reasons concerning durability and safety, Sewinfla uses more expensive metal D-shaped rings for fastening. The zipper on the front door is the most easily broken part of the booth. Recognizing this, Sewinfla designed double-headed and plus-sized zippers to significantly reduce the risk of damage and a broken zipper is no longer a problem.	Accurate mechanized cutting of the fabric makes the booth shape smooth and precise. With mechanized cutting, we can avoid the issues that may occur when cutting manually, such as splicing or an exposed seam. For quality, all of the Sewinfla’s structures are double stitched and equipped with high-quality PU-coated 210D oxford fabric, making the booth strong and durable.

NOTES ON HOW TO USE OUR INFLATABLE PAINT BOOTH

1. Don't use outdoors in bad weather: our booth is not water-resistant.
2. Be careful when using sharp objects, such as knives, around our booth. Our booth is made of cloth and could be cut by sharp objects. Please pull the booth gently.
3. While painting, make sure to leave the vent cover open. Otherwise, the booth may be torn due to high pressure.
4. There are some hooks for the lamp on top of the booth. Please be careful when using electricity in the booth.
5. Please keep all heating tools away from the fabric of the booth.
6. Please avoid painting at low temperatures during the winter; instead, find an indoor warehouse to inflate the booth at a warm temperature.
7. When partially painting your car, please completely cover the areas you do not need to paint.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and check the product for quality problems before first use.

USING STEPS

1. Clean up the field. Keep the floor clean and free of sharp objects, such as stones, tools, branches, or other sharp objects.
2. Spread out the booth. Find the quick vents on either side of the booth and close the zipper. Locate the fan inlet, connect the fan, and tighten the belt.
3. Turn on the blower and inflate the booth. Give booth proper support during inflation. Please use the handle on the booth air column to adjust the stand position and make the booth stand firmly.
4. Tie wind ropes to the D-shaped metal rings at the booth's corners, and then tie the tied ropes to heavy objects such as sandbags or nail them into the ground at a 45-degree angle away from the booth to generate tension to ensure that the booth is securely fixed to the ground. When it is windy outside, do not fix the booth with any object that cannot be moved (for example, expansion screws on the concrete floor).
5. When the paint is ready, open the filter caps on both sides. Connect the blower power supply to ensure the normal operation of air circulation. There must be enough fresh air in the workplace. Paint booths are used in small, enclosed rooms where filtered air must be piped out. It is recommended to use a special air draft device for this product. When you trying to move your large vehicles or heavy objects into this booth, remember not to repeatedly crush the zipper. please keep the zipper in good shape.
6. After finishing the painting, if you need to keep the booth standing and wait for the paint to dry, you must ensure that the blower power supply is continuously energized. The continuous operation of the blower should not exceed 8 hours. If the fan needs to work for a long time, please buy a spare blower and use it alternately every eight hours. Prevent the blower from burning out the motor due to overload and overwork.
7. After finishing all painting work, clean up all items in the booth and the floor properly. Then turn off the ventilator, cover the filter window with a lid and unzip the front door. pick up sandbags and ground nails. After confirming that the surrounding environment is safe, turn off the blower for the column. Wait for the booth to lay down slowly. Open the quick vents on the booth's side air columns to allow the booth's air to drain completely.
8. Straighten the fully deflated stand, then fold the booth into a daily storage bag

NOTICE

1. Do not use it outdoors in bad weather: thunderstorms, rain, wind, snow. Do not use paint booths outdoors. Booth is not a rain proof product. Especially in windy weather, do not use the booth outdoors to avoid wind caused by booth tearing.
2. Do not cut the booth with any sharp objects, such as knives. The booth is hard to repair when scratched.
3. Be sure to open the vent cover when painting. If the lid does not open, the booth may be torn apart by high pressure.
4. The booth hung some light hooks on it. Please be careful when using electricity in the booth.
5. Please be careful not to touch the cloth when using the heating tool in the booth.
6. When the outdoor temperature is too low, it is recommended to find an indoor warehouse for heat preservation and use a booth. When the outdoor temperature is too high, please use the booth where the indoor temperature is suitable.
7. Booth storage, to be placed in a cool and ventilated place, so as to delay the aging of materials, prolong the service life of the booth.

SPECIAL NOTES

If using paint booths indoors, make sure filtered air is ventilated outside and that fresh air enters your studio. Otherwise, due to less indoor air, cannot form the back pressure, the filtration system cannot work normally, resulting in indoor air turbidity.
When painting parts of your car, completely cover areas that do not need painting.

The mixture of spray paint and air is flammable and explosive gas. No fireworks. The ventilation device used to export over spray gas from the booth must be explosion-proof.

EMERGENCY TREATMENT

Because the spray chamber is supported by continuous blowing by the blower, the power supply should not be cut off when using. For frequent users, it is recommended to set up a support frame in the booth, so that the booth can stand without blowing. In case of emergency, escape through the front door, back door or emergency exit. If trapped, use a knife to escape through the booth.
