What this blower is for
The 1100W is the top of the range, used on 39 ft and larger booths and in multi-blower arrays on continuous-inflation builds. Our 90 ft custom booth runs an eight-blower array for exactly this reason: at that span and volume, no single unit can carry the structure.
When to specify the 1100W
Specify it when the structure volume or span demands it — large custom builds, multi-bay configurations, and booths where several blowers run in parallel. For a compact or mid-size booth it is unnecessary, and a smaller unit will be quieter and cheaper to run.
Blowers are a commodity component: any correctly matched unit will inflate an inflatable booth. What matters is sizing the inflation blower to the structure and keeping air exchange on its own blower or exhaust fan, so one unit is not asked to hold pressure and clear overspray at the same time. If you are unsure which size suits your booth, send us the dimensions and we will specify the inflation and extraction package in writing.
