Product Description
What it is
A 12-inch axial exhaust fan rated 520 W, supplied with 16.5 ft of duct. It adds powered extraction to a booth that ships with filtration only, which is the difference between a booth where overspray clears and one where the fog simply hangs.
When you need it
Filtration removes particles from air that is already moving; it does not create the movement. If you are spraying full panels, the exhaust fan is what pulls air across the workpiece and out of the enclosure. Run the duct to a door or window so expelled air leaves the building rather than recirculating.
Sizing
One 12-inch unit suits compact and mid-size booths. On large or custom builds, extraction should be sized to the booth cross-section — send us the dimensions and we will specify it.
